Sofia is a Complex Projects Manager at ORG, with a focus on research and development initiatives in the Middle East and North African region.
She leads systemic and interdisciplinary projects that integrate spatial strategy, climate resilience, and community development.
Sofia currently leads the Flemish state-funded Regenerating Deserts project, which advances renewable energy-based agriculture by optimizing the energy–water–food nexus to support climate-resilient communities.
