Patricia de Somer
Patricia is Senior Advisor to ORG’s Team Intendant, bringing extensive experience in public administration, urban development, and governance across the Capping of the Antwerp Ring project.
With academic backgrounds in Archaeology, Art History, and Public Administration, she has held senior leadership roles within the City of Antwerp, serving as Managing Director of the Department of Urban Development and leading the Antwerp Parking Company.
In 2017, Patricia became Program Director of The Great Connection, Antwerp City Council’s largest urban transformation project, known as the Capping of the Ring. She continues to contribute her expertise to the long-term governance and implementation of all the project that form the initiative.
